AQUILANO.RIMONDI F/W 2011-2012

Tommaso Aquilano and Roberto Rimondi's collection is inspired by the graphic of Mondrian's works; very important the choice of fabrics and metallic colors: a lot of gold, silver, copper and chromium. A very Byzantine collection, thanks to fine materials and the preciousness of embroidery. Straight dresses and couture coats by low volumes. Tailored suit jackets with metallic colors and illuminated by simple contrasts. Shoes are decorated with leather straps and studs, they look similar to Valentino shoes for spring/summer 2011.

GIANFRANCO FERRE F/W 2011-2012

Tommaso Aquilano and Roberto Rimondi have designed for Ferré fashion house a rigorous, modern, simple and refined collection, with architectural volumes and no frills. Lines are sharp and graphic, everything is absolutely wearable, nothing is superfluous. A practical, true and concrete wardrobe for the day (knee length) and for the evening (not just from the red carpet). We needed this collection with colors from white pearl to black, from ash to blue.
