Tisci curated the entire issue, all the works are commissioned projects except two photographs by Robert Mapplethorpe. The fashion designer's one stipulation to his collaborators: no Givenchy credits. In this leather limited-edition issue there are Karl Lagerfeld and Paolo Canevari's contributions.
Giovanna Battaglia, freelance stylist who has worked for magazine like L'Uomo Vogue, Vogue Paris, Vogue Italia and Vogue Gioiello, has decided to move in New York to be closer to her boyfriend Vladimir Restoin Roitfeld, son of the Vogue Paris' former editor-in-chief; but love is not the only reason of her move. A rep of W magazine claimed that Battaglia has secured a place at W but whether she'll join the magazine on a full time basis or will simply freelance is still unclear.
After seeing, on the Milan catwalks, the Vivienne Westwood's man with red lipstick, now the magazine Tush N. 23, with its Lip Service shooting, comes to clear the "Lipstick Man".
